All participants must be in good health and physically prepared to participate in the official race.

All participants must show photo ID to receive your race bib number or timing bib chip number.
Can someone else pick up my packet for me?

Got a friend that’s going to pick up your packet for you? Awesome! Make sure they have a copy of your id (a photo on their phone of your id is fine!) and a signed consent form (such as "I allowe Name to receive my race packet...")
Yikes! We can’t attend after all – can we get a refund?

While we have a strict no refund policy, you are allowed to transfer or give your registration to someone else. Once you’ve identified a new participant, contact us via email: support@raceit.com or click on the link "I want to transfer my registration." NOTE: Transfers ends two weeks prior to event day.
Mariachi 5K reserves the right to reject any entry.
Management reserves the right to alter course/distances for the safety of athletes if needed.
EVENT REFUND POLICY: We do not offer any refunds. All entries are non-refundable. Sorry, but no exceptions. Transferring registraton to another person is permitted until two weeks prior to race day.
